Frequently Asked Questions

How is the final price calculated?

The final price is based on the material used, estimated print time, model size, number of colours, required supports, and any additional finishing or file preparation. After reviewing your model, we’ll send you a confirmed quote before printing begins.

How long does printing take?

Most orders are ready within 24-48 hours, depending on the size and complexity of the model and the current print queue. Larger or multicolour prints may take longer. We’ll confirm the estimated completion time after reviewing your file.

What file formats do you accept?

We currently accept STL, STEP, 3MF, OBJ, and ZIP files. Reference images can be uploaded as JPG, PNG, or WEBP files. For projects with multiple parts, please include all required files and clearly label them.

What materials are available?

We currently offer PLA and PETG. PLA is affordable, detailed, and suitable for most prototypes, models, and decorative prints. PETG is stronger, more durable, and more heat-resistant than PLA. Both materials are available in single-colour and multicolour options, depending on colour availability.

Can you help repair my model?

We may be able to fix minor issues such as incorrect sizing, separated parts, small gaps, or basic printability problems. More complex modelling or redesign work may require an additional fee. We’ll let you know before making any changes or charging you.

Where is pickup?

Orders are available for local pickup in Mississauga and Toronto. The exact pickup location and time will be confirmed directly with you after your order has been reviewed and accepted.

What happens if the print fails?

If a print fails because of a printer or production issue, we’ll reprint it at no additional cost. If the problem is caused by the uploaded model, such as weak geometry, incorrect dimensions, or an unprintable design, we’ll contact you to discuss possible changes before trying again.

Can you print copyrighted characters or models?

You may submit a model only if you created it, have permission from the owner, or obtained it under a licence that allows printing. We cannot knowingly print files that infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

Can I request multiple colours?

Yes. Multicolour printing is available for both PLA and PETG using a Bambu Lab P1S with AMS, with up to four colours depending on the model and available filament. Upload reference images or include notes showing where each colour should be placed. These jobs are quoted after file review because flushing, purge waste, prime towers, and repeated colour changes can use substantially more filament than the finished model.

Will my uploaded file remain private?

Yes. Your files and reference images will only be used to review and complete your order. They will not be shared, published, reused, or sold without your permission. Files may be retained temporarily for order support or reprints and can be deleted upon request.

Ready for a quote?

Upload your files, notes, and preferred pickup date. We’ll review the model and send a confirmed quote before printing begins.
